Water Heater Leak in Tiffin Home

The water damage done to this Tiffin home was caused by a water heater leak. In the before photo we wanted to show how the water damage for even just a few hours can completely warp your floor and ruin the wood. Luckily, we got there fast enough to clear out carpet and pad and since it was a clean water leak we were able to start the drying process immediately and prevent the wood from cupping permanently. Not to mention being able to leave the sub-floor in place instead of stripping down to the studs. This saved the customer quite a bit on the claim and made it easier for whatever rebuilding was needed after.
