Toilet Overflow In Tiffin Home

In the Tiffin home you can see that even a second story toilet overflow can flood the floors below it and/or ruin walls and ceilings while doing it. The before and after pictures show you the subflooring under a floating hardwood floor that was damaged due to that toilet on the second floor. Once we removed the hardwood floor and the foam protector under it we were able to see the extent of the damage. We were able to prevent microbial growth and set equipment quickly to ensure the drying process was pure. Customer was very pleased with our speed and how professional we were.
